• December 2012:  15 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $682,467. vs an average list price of $727,653. with an average 119 DOM

• There are currently 31 homes under contract with an average list price of $724,042. with an average 79 DOM.
• There are currently 84 homes available with an average list price of $972,745. with an average 160 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of December:

• December 2013: 14 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $293,679. vs an average list price of $311,629. with an average 111 DOM
• December 2012: 6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $315,167. vs an average list price of $328,917. with an average 157 DOM

• There are currently 30 homes under contract with an average list price of $314,117. with an average 109 DOM.
• There are currently 53 homes available with an average list price of $290,096 with an average 151 DOM.

• Holmdel: 155 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 150 homes in 2012 YTD
• Hazlet: 184 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 134 homes in 2012 YTD
• Monmouth County: 5,184 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 4,601 homes in 2012 YTD
