February 2013 Market Trends for Holmdel and Hazlet

Our intention today is to give you a snapshot of the monthly statistics in your local real estate market.  Below is a comparison for February 2012/2013 closed home sales for Holmdel and Hazlet. (DOM=days on market)

Holmdel: *Closed Sales for the month of February:

  • February 2012:  8 homes sold with an average sale price of $541,549. vs an average list price of $575,575 with an average 109 DOM
  • There are currently 32 homes under contract with an average list price of $802,197. with an average 126 DOM.
  • There are currently 82 homes available with an average list price of $1,136,707. with an average 161 DOM.


Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of February:

  • February 2013: 8 homes sold with an average sale price of $244,750. vs an average list price of $260,725. with an average 81 DOM
  • February 2012: 6 homes sold with an average sale price of $304,650. vs an average list price of $328,117. with an average 134 DOM
  • There are currently 37 homes under contract with an average list price of $301,508. with an average 76 DOM.
  • There are currently 70 homes available with an average list price of $308,940. with an average 104 DOM.
