Our intention today is to give you a snapshot of the monthly statistics in your local real estate market.  Below is a comparison for April 2013/2012 closed home sales for Holmdel and Hazlet. (DOM=days on market)

  • April 2013:  11 homes sold with an average sale price of $666,909. vs an average list price of $705,254. with an average 123 DOM
  • April 2012:  8 homes sold with an average sale price of $736,538. vs an average list price of $784,613 with an average 183 DOM
  • There are currently 48 homes under contract with an average list price of $814,956. with an average 88 DOM.
  • There are currently 109 homes available with an average list price of $1,079,344. with an average 128 DOM.


Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of April:

  • April 2013: 15 homes sold with an average sale price of $260,512. vs an average list price of $267,140. with an average 67 DOM
  • April 2012: 8 homes sold with an average sale price of $249,938. vs an average list price of $269,150. with an average 128 DOM
  • There are currently 52 homes under contract with an average list price of $310,321. with an average 75 DOM.
  • There are currently 66 homes available with an average list price of $316,475. with an average 96 DOM.
