There may not have been an ocean in site, but the Boardwalk was recreated Friday at the PLG fundraiser at Indian Hill School.Â
As you entered the cafeteria, it was full of baskets of goodies donated by each class at the school. There were candy baskets, sports baskets, Dunkin Donuts baskets, Video game baskets....too many to mention!
Everyone took a chance at winning them and there were MANY lucky winners! The Boardwalk Café was wonderful featuring hotdogs, soft pretzels, cotton candy, drinks, etc. and some yummy ice cream!

Proceed back to the gyms and they were packed with Boardwalk games where many took a chance to win prizes and play on the many fun bouncy blowup rides which included a chance to dress up as Sumo Wrestlers and battle it out...very funny.Â
At the end of the night, they announced four Grand Prize Winners for extravagant prizes graciously donated. The First prize was an Ipad won by 6th grader Matt Lionette. Congratulations!
A fun time was had by all until we left and realized it was Feb. 10 and there would not be a beach day tomorrow......
