Holmdel Students Eligible for $500 Scholarship

Newman Springs Dental Care of Lincroft is offering one $500 scholarship to a Holmdel High School graduating senior planning a career in health care. Students pursuing a career in medicine, nursing, dentistry, chiropractic, physical therapy and other related areas are eligible. 

Newman Springs Dental Care owner Dr. Mitchel Friedman's three children are products of the Holmdel public school system and he wants to support higher education. This is the fifth year that the scholarship has been provided.

Scholarship applications have been sent to the high school guidance departments and are also available via email to scholarship@DrFriedman.biz

Applications must be received by April 17 to be considered. Winning applicants will be notified by mail or phone no later than May 1. Award certificates will be presented at a special ceremony at the dental office and at the school’s senior awards ceremony.  Award checks will be mailed directly to the institution of higher education upon verification of enrollment.
