Professor CLINTON ANDREWS of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and noted municipal planner will join Holmdel residents and interested citizens at an open mic discussion of the recently introduced Alcatel-Lucent Redevelopment Plan ordinance. The meeting, sponsored by CILU (Citizens for Informed Land Use), will take place on Monday, December 12, at 7:30 pm at the Holmdel Community Center adjacent to the Holmdel Town Hall on Crawfords Corner Road and is open to all.
The ordinance in summary and in complete form can be found on the Holmdel Township web site www.holmdeltownship-nj.com . Dr. Andrews will explain a redevelopment plan and then moderate a discussion of the Holmdel plan with attendees. The previously announced movie "Renewable Energy" will be shown at a later date.
