Holmdel Township Planning Board Grants Final Site Approval Extensions
The Holmdel Township Planning Board approved two extensions for lot approval on Holmdel Fields and Holmdel Community United Church of Christ.
Within the course of Tuesday's five minute meeting, Holmdel planning board members approved extensions for site approvals for two area properties.
HMF received a two-year extension of final approval for Phase 1 of the renovation phase to Holmdel Fields.
The Board previously granted subdivision approval including a total of 42 lots, approved in phases. The property is located on both sides of Route 34 between Roberts Road and Route 520, containing 211.27 acres.
Holmdel Community United Church of Christ, located at 40 Main Street, received a one-year extension of approval through spring of next year for their expansion and renovation project.

The church is expanding Fellowship Hall, adding offices, classrooms, and meeting rooms, constructing an open-air pavilion and covered walkway to connect the sanctuary to the Hall, and reconfiguring the parking lot.
Holmdel Community United Church of Christ received final site plan approval on March 15, 2011 for the four-phase expansion and renovation project.
