The annual lien sale of property for prior year non-payment of taxes, assessments, and other municipal charges, administered by Tax Collector Susan Ann Meyer.
According to the published list on page D11 of the Sept. 27 Asbury Park Press, the township will attemp to recoup property tax owed on 33 properties, equalling nearly $81,000 with interest; and sewer charges owed by 176 users, equalling $88,000.
The Municipality cannot issue Tax Sale Certificates to any prospective purchaser connected to the prior owner or operator of the site.

The public notice listing the properties and amounts owed is attached. Many of these will be taken off the list prior to the sale, as payments are brought up to date.
