Union Beach Man Charged with Cocaine, Heroin Offenses

A Union Beach man is being held at the county jail on $200,000 bail, following allegations that he was intending to distribute illegal drugs near public parks in  Keyport and Union Beach.

Police charge John J. Sansone, 35, of Fifth Street with being in possession of both cocaine and heroin on June 30, that he was in possession within 500 feet of the Scholer public park, and that he was intending to distribute the illegal drugs.

Sansone is also charged with being in possession of heroin in Keyport on the same day, and that he had intention to distribute it within 500 feet of the Henry Hudson Trail.

Sansone's first appearance before a Superior Court Judge will be July 7 for the charges that allegedly occurred in Keyport, and July 17 for those in Union Beach.

An arrest is not a conviction.

I've tried to get into many suboxone programs but it's a scam, they make you jump through hoops, most dont accept any insurance cash only $ 70 a week plus rx... But yet my insurance was good as gold for painkillers... I broke my tib/fib with surgery, 2rods, 2 plates & 13 scews...other then a little " Mother Nature " the pills controlled me, I'm now getting my rx from a friend because I can't get hep else where...any info will be greatly appreciated....
