Two Count Indictment for Alleged Theft of Generators

Two from Keyport face charges.

A Monmouth County Superior Court grand jury has returned a two-count indictment against two people who police say broke into a house and stole generators from a house under construction on March 22, 2011. 

Jack W. Kennedy, 29, and Anna K. Bennett, 26, of Second Street in Keyport were charged with burglary and theft. The house under construction is on Borden's Brook Way. The generators were valued at $950.

Holmdel Police Detective Eric Hernando handled the investigation.
