Staten Island Trio Indicted on Robbery and Conspiracy Charges

Rosalli, Romeo and Napolitano also allegedly shoplifted from KMart in Howell on the same day.

Three Staten Island residents were indicted last week on charges of robbery, conspiracy and shoplifting, according to county records.

Corey Rosalli, 24; Brittany Romeo, 25; and Michael Napolitano, 25, were arrested in February in Hazlet after allegedly agreeing to commit robbery together and carried out the task, allegedly injuring two people in the process.

Rosalli, Romeo and Napolitano also allegedly shoplifted more than $500 in merchandise from KMart in Howell on the same day.

An indictment does not indicate absolute guilt or a conviction. It only means that a county grand jury found there was enough evidence to proceed with a prosecution. Guilt or innocence will be tried and determined in a court of law.
