Last Friday police arrested Caitlin Downey, 22, who allegedly made multiple charges at Quick Chek in Hazlet at Route 36 and Poole Avenue.

Credit card fraud is a third degree crime. Downey is currently in the Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
