Police: Woman Drove Drunk with Children, Assaulted Trooper in Holmdel
Ella Richardson was taken to the state police barracks in Holmdel where she allegedly hit and attempted to wrestle with a female trooper.
A 33-year-old Matawan woman was arrested in Holmdel last week after allegedly driving drunk with children in the car and assaulting a state trooper.
Ella Richardson of the Matawan Terrace apartments was charged after she allegedly drove while under the influence of drugs and alcohol and crashed in Holmdel on July 2.
Richardson was taken to the state police barracks in Holmdel where she allegedly hit and attempted to wrestle with a female trooper.
Police allegedly found Richardson in possession of heroin and cocaine, in twenty wax folds, according to the arrest record.
Richardson was transferred to the Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault.
