Police Blotter: Police Arrest Sayreville Man for Sexual Assault with Minor
The following arrest information was supplied by the Holmdel police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Holmdel Police arrested a 30-year old Sayreville man who has sexual intercourse with a 15-year old girl in a parked vehicle on North Beers Street on May 25. The incident occurred in February, 2009.
Ely A. Vaidman, 30 of Sayreville was charged with sexual assault, where victim is under 16 yrs old and the actor is more than 4 years older.
Judge Thomas Scully J.M.C. set bail at $50,000 bail.

Police said the victim reported the incident to police on May 16, 2011.
