Police Blotter: July 15-20. Arrest at Holmdel Park Tennis Courts

The following arrest information was supplied by the Holmdel police department on July 22, 2011. It does not indicate a conviction

July 15: Margaret Cancelosi, 20, Vero Beach, FL was charged for DWI as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Crawfords Corner Road. Cancelosi was transported to HQ for processing and released pending court.

July 17: Mateusz Wybraniec, 20, of Hazlet NJ was charged for Possession of CDS (suspected heroin) and Possession of a Hypodermic needle. Wybraniec was transported to HQ for processing and released pending court.

July 18: Cody Lynch, 18, of Holmdel, NJ was charged for Possession of CDS (suspected Marijuana) as a result of an incident on Stillwell Drive. Lynch was processed and released pending court.

July 19: Ptl. Sean McGraw responded to the Holmdel Park tennis court for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival Ptl. McGraw met with Monmouth County Park Rangers Eric Doren and Scott Simpson who advised that Patrick Sher, 60, of Holmdel NJ had become disorderly and resisted arrest subsequent to a conversation regarding the use of the tennis courts.

The Rangers reported receiving complaints about Sher’s failure to relinquish a court after reaching the one hour time limit imposed when other players are waiting for a court. Sher was transported to headquarters where the Park Rangers issued complaints to Sher for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Sher was released pending court.

July 20: Sandra Shaw, 50, of Keansburg NJ was charged for Disorderly Conduct as a result of an incident at Bayshore Hospital Emergency Room. Shaw was transported to HQ for processing and released pending court.

During the week officers made 7 warrant arrests and 2 arrests for Driving While Suspended.
