Pair Arrested After Alleged Copper Theft from Holmdel Lowe's

Both men were arrested with pending charges stemming from Marlboro and West Windsor as well.

Holmdel Police arrested two Cartaret men after catching them on camera allegedly stealing over $1,000 worth of materials from Lowe's in September.

John Horn, 52, and Charles Gural, 42, both of Dalbert Street, were seen on camera allegedly leaving with $1,200 worth of copper from Lowe's before getting into the same car, according to police.

Both Horn and Gural had pending charges stemming from the West Windsor and Marlboro Township Lowe's locations.
