Keansburg PD Charge Resident With Possession of 78 Glassine Bags of Heroin

Keansburg Police arrested a 19-year old near a public park on charges he possessed heroin and had the intention to distribute.

Police arrested a Keansburg Borough man in the vicinity of Forest Park Tuesday, and charged him with several drug offenses. 

Mark Mansour, 19, of Main Street in Keansburg was charged by police with possession of 78 glassine baggies containing heroin, and intent to distribute the illegal drug. He was also charged with drug possession while within 500 feet of Forest Park, a public park.

Keansburg Police also charged Mansour with possession of 7 green oval-shaped tablets marked with "S-902" believed to be Xanax and possession of green vegetation, suspected to be marijuana, packaged in a clear Ziploc style plastic bag. 

The complaint was signed by Keansburg Ptl. Christopher Rogan.

Mansour is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $68,0000 bail, set by Judge Michael Pugliese  Mansour is expected to make an initial appearance before a judge on June 5.

An arrest is not a conviction, and every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
