House Burglarized on Holland Road in Holmdel

The robber smashed through a rear glass French door, say police.

A house on busy Holland Road was burglarized around midday today, say Holmdel Police.

Sometime between 12:30 and 2:00 p.m., somebody smashed throught the rear French doors of the house on Holland Road, near Red Fern Road. The person stole cash and jewelry kept in the master bedroom. There was no alarm.

The police have issued a press release and alert to the community asking for anyone with information to contact them at 732-946-4400. Sgt. Jeff Ackerson is leading the investigation.
