Holmdel Police Urge Residents to Lock Cars After Recent Thefts
Two vehicle thefts took place in Holmdel.
Police are advising Holmdel residents to be diligent about keeping their car doors locked –even when the vehicles are in the homeowner’s driveway–after the theft of two vehicles.
A BMW X-5 from Country View Road and an Infinity from Huntley Road were stolen during evening hours. In both incidents, the vehicles were unlocked with their key fobs left inside the vehicle, according to an email alert sent by Holmdel police.
