Holmdel Police detectives are investigating a burglary and theft at Holmdel Veterinary Clinic at 959 Holmdel Road, Holmdel.
Sometime between the afternoon of Tuesday, July 26 and the morning of Wednesday July 27, the clinic was broken into and the following items were taken: $50 from a cash drawer, five bottles of Ketamine liquid, three bottles of Valium liquid, and one bottle of Valium tablets, said police.
The person (or people) also damaged a safe valued at approximately $1000 by prying it open, according to the police report.
