A 19-year-old Neptune man was indicted this week in county court after police found him with an alleged stolen Jeep in Hazlet this summer.

According to police, Reilly failed to pull over after being signaled by an officer on the road. Reilly is charged with theft, eluding and resisting arrest.
An indictment does not indicate absolute guilt or a conviction. It only means that a county grand jury found there was enough evidence to proceed with a prosecution. Guilt or innocence will be tried and determined in a court of law.
