Hazlet Recreation Commission will be holding adult exercise classes for Cardio-Kickboxing and Body Conditioning beginning November 26. REGISTER NOW!
Local resident Leonora “Lee” Coppola will be teaching the classes at the James J. Cullent Center located at 1776 Union Ave. in Hazlet.
Body Conditioning - a fitness and strength workout using a mixture of low impact exercises. Great for toning your thighs, buttocks, abs and lower body. Mat, water bottle and sneakers required. 11/27-1/29, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30-10:30AM, 2x week/16 classes, $90

Cardio-Kickboxing – In a one hour class, you’ll sizzle your muscles through punches, kicks, toning exercises and abs in a tough, total body workout. Cardio-Kickboxing is a combination of drills and martial arts that will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs. Cardio-Kickboxing does not include contact! No bags, no gloves, just a killer workout. Mat, water bottle and sneakers required. 11/26-1/30, Mondays & Wednesdays, 7-8PM, 2x week/16 classes, $90
