Tasting Event Boosts Holiday Supplies for FoodBank
Money and food donated by the event was given to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties as they work to stock their shelves ahead of the holiday season.

On any given day customers at the Freehold Raceway Mall can enjoy a wide variety of food from the restaurants to the food court in the heart of the local shopping destination.
On Sunday many of the top places in the mall came together for the culmination of Restaurant Week which highlighted what has made the food scene so special while helping a good cause.
The tasting event gave customers the chance to try everything from Bobby’s Burger Palace to Cheesecake Factory and everything in between. For just a $5 donation or giving non-perishable food items there was unlimited food and desserts to enjoy.

With local radio station 94.3 The Point serving as the master of ceremonies all the money and food donated by the event was given to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties as they work to stock their shelves ahead of the holiday season.
