Pole Replacement Will Cause Holmdel Road Traffic Delays Tuesday
Detours will be set up but the Holmdel Police Department has asked drivers to plan an alternate route to avoid traffic backups.
Verizon will be in Holmdel on Tuesday to replace a utility pole, which will shut down a Holmdel Road intersection temporarily.
Between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., the intersection of Holmdel Road and Schanck Road will be closed to through traffic. Roberts Road to Schanck Road and Schanck Road will close from Grandview Drive to Holmdel Road.
