Gloria Nilson Realtors Moves Into Larger Quarters on Holmdel Road
Grand opening event to celebrate the new office space and ample parking.

The Gloria Nilson Realty firm is holding a grand opening celebration at their spacious new Holmdel branch at 963 Holmdel Road.
The 3000-square foot modern building with a big parking lot is a departure from the historic home in on nearby Route 520 where many of the area's major real estate firms have offices.

“The location was perfect, knowing how important it was for us to stay within Holmdel Village”, said Dick Schlott, CEO of Gloria Nilson, REALTORS, Real Living. (The firm recently enhanced its name.)
“While other companies are downsizing, we have decided that it is important to grow in this market of opportunity and invest in the future of our company.”

The firm is headquartered in Red Bank with 16 branch offices in New Jersey.
The move was spurred by an expanding book of business and the need for technology expansion, said Manager Dana D’Agostino-Ryser
