My husband and I bought a "reconditioned range" on ebay from Bayshore. It was supposed to be in 100% working order. When my contractor installed it some weeks after delivery, the oven would not turn on. I called Bayshore right away and they tried to talk me through some trouble shooting steps over the course of a few days. They finally decided it needed a new motherboard and they sent me one.

I had a reputable repairman come look at it. He said the motherboard wasn't the only problem and that I would have to spend more to fix it than I paid for it -- if I could find anyone willing to work on it. He wrote me a quote of everything that would have to be done which I immediately shared by phone with Bayshore.

They stopped being polite. They called the repair man "lazy" and "idiot" and someone who didn't know anything about Dacor ranges. They kept arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with the range which they could apparently tell from hundreds of miles away. They said they couldn't take it back unless I found someone to put it on a pallet and package it up like I received it.

I did that and tried to get them to take it back. They screened my calls. I sent them a facebook message and they said go ahead and send it back. I was out 1,900 dollars for a piece of junk at that point and didn't do that. I called a scrap metal company and they hauled it away after many weeks of no response from Bayshore. Run, don't walk away from people who sell junk and blame the poor customer.
