The Holmdel Township Parks and Recreation department will host "Rock Around the Park" on Sept. 14, beginning at 5 p.m. at Cross Farm Park, located at Route 520 and Longbridge Road.
The event will begin with a Classic Car Show at 5 p.m. Other activities include doo-wop msic, dancers, rides, food, beer and wine.
The movie "Grease" will be shown at around 7:15 p.m. and the evening will end with a fireworks display.
The event is sponsored by Vonage, the Northern Chamber of Commerce and Holmdel Parks & Recreation. The rain date is Sept. 21. For more information please call 732-946-2820, ext. 1225.
