Hazlet Police reported last week that the road construction will continue until at least Friday, Aug. 23, and residents should expect delays in the area.
Shorelands Water Company will close the road from Sidney Terrace to Hopkins Terrace from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day, detours will be set up in the area.
Somerset Developers on the agenda
The Holmdel Township Committee has called a special meeting tonight at 5 p.m. to discuss making Somerset Developers the official developer of the entire Lucent property.
The Committee is expected to go into executive session at the start of the meeting, and possibly take action after that session. A public comments is scheduled at the end of the meeting.
The Planning Board recently approved the existing building on the property for mixed-use development.
