New Years Eve in NYC, Weather

Good morning Holmdel and Hazlet and Happy New Year!

  • It should be a great evening of weather for those celebrating New Year’s Eve outside. It will be partly cloudy (or partly sunny, depending on your point of view) with temperatures in the low 30s during the day. Tonight, expect temperatures at around 28 with clouds. The most important thing here? There is no rain in the forecast, according to weather.com.
  • If you are one of those people who want to head to Times Square and watch the ball drop in person, NJ Transit is offering a few options. Visit their web site for ideas on how to get there.
  • If you are heading into the city, here are a few things you need to know before going in, thanks to www.nycgo.com.
  • Head to the Hazlet Township Public Library on Tuesday, Dec. 31, to make a Wild Winter Craft.  Open to children K through and up, this program begins at 4:15 p.m.
