  • May 2013:  9 homes sold with an average sale price of $1,005,133. vs an average list price of $1,088,311. with an average 89 DOM
  • May 2012:  5 homes sold with an average sale price of $711,000. vs an average list price of $741,200 with an average 70 DOM
  • There are currently 58 homes under contract with an average list price of $825,566. with an average 90 DOM.
  • There are currently 121 homes available with an average list price of $1,020,849. with an average 124 DOM.


Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of May:

  • There are currently 67 homes available with an average list price of $328,002. with an average 90 DOM.
