Volunteers Needed For Wetlands Cleanup In Union Beach

 SATURDAY, November 16 

10am to noon

 The Bayshore Watershed Council & NY-NJ Baykeeper are having a clean up of the East Creek wetlands in Union Beach.

 Meeting Location: Jersey Avenue in Union Beach, NJ, on-street parking.

Join us as we restore the health of our creeks and waterways after Hurricane Sandy. Come with friends, family and lots of energy! 

Please bring gloves and wear clothes that can get wet, dirty, and/or muddy.

Directions: Turn onto Rose Lane from Highway 36 in Hazlet Township, near Natco Lake. At the end of Rose Lane, turn left. The meeting location will be in-between the creek and the Union Beach IFF technology complex near Raritan Bay.
