School Bus Report Cards Allow Parents to See Bus Safety Information

Parents can search with their child's bus number, company name or company address.

Parents can now check with the DMV before putting their children on the bus to go to school, according to radio station NJ 101.5.

School bus report cards are now available through the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, which parents can search with their child's bus number, company name or company address.

In both Holmdel and Hazlet, the "company name" is the name of the township Board of Education. Once the township is found, parents can search for a specific bus by its number.

The report includes inspection information, including the date of the last inspection.
