Middletown Man Indicted on Charges of Drug Possession in Holmdel
The arrest of the 40-year old man came the same week he was indicted for drug possesion in Neptune in July, 2012.
Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive in Middletown was indicted last week for alleged possession of heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam. The charges were filed in January. Possession of these drugs is considered a third degree crimes. If convicted of a third degree crime, a defendant may face a three to five year prison sentence. Dickey was arrested in January of this year also on charges of allegedly carrying drug paraphernalia, specifically a clear glass pipe with cocaine residue and glassine packets containing heroin, a disorderly persons offense. Dickey was indicted on Jan. 16 by a grand jury in Freehold on charges of heroin possession on July 22 in Neptune, and will stand trial to face the formal charges.
