Team Emmie's Award Winner's. We all walk in honor of our Daughter/Sister/Granddaughter/Niece/Cousin…Read More Emily. Emily was diagnosed with NF1 right after birth. She is 16 years old and has had more surgeries than Birthdays. It's a shame that she has to live with the pain and deformities caused by NF. Yet, she does it with dignity and grace. She's a beautiful inspiration to us all.

They should give the horses a day off instead of running them in 100 degree heat.

Why didn't the township committee hold an open public discussion of the Redevelopment plan? How is…Read More the Redevelopment designation going to impact the school district taxes? Where did the 225 houses and full-on sewers come from, considering that previously a significant number of Holmdel residents (including the Mayor) opposed the large residential component and sewer extension on Lucent property? And one question where an answer is not really expected... who is going to be profiting from this sudden change?

Will Holmdel residents and taxpayers actually read the Patch and think beyond their own backyard…Read More about these questions for the Mayor?
Will Larrabee M. Smith's excellent points go unanswered by our Mayor, ignored by long time sewer proponents and encourage all of Holmdel to hold our Township Committee accountable for the enormous economic drain they plan to put in the middle of the watershed and right down the street from our schools??
Will the Holmdel hired professionals (and other vested interests) destined to make their fortune from the Redevelopment Plan be able to advise the Mayor on his responses without a distinct conflict of interest?
Will the answers from the Mayor actually address the issues or be more vague rhetoric typical of many elected and appointed officials?
AND
Will Holmdel citizens help out our First Aid by attending and supporting their wine tasting fund raiser at Bayonet Farm? Wasn't Michael Nikolis plug for the First Aid Fund Raiser 6/6 @ Bayonet Farm clever and doesn't this good cause deserve every Holmdelian's support?
