Holmdel Township has both curbside pickup and drop-off recycling services. Recycling is mandatory. Newspaper, bottles, mixed paper and cardboard are picked up on different days determined by neighborhood. Brush is picked up curbside. Residents may take advantage of large item drop-off days, held on select Saturdays. The collection is coordinated by the Department of Public Works Recycling Coordinator.
