The board offices are on the right side of the Village School, when facing the school. The 15 employees have a separate parking lot and entrance. School children will not be permitted in their wing.

The Holmdel Board of Education is responsible for maintaining and evaluating the education programs in the township's four public schools.
The nine-member board usually meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 8pm (except in July and August) at the William R. Satz Middle school.
On Oct. 10, 2010, the BOE moved from Town Hall, at 4 Crawfords Corner Road, to the Village School, at 67 McCampbell Road.
