Volunteers Turn Lunchtime into Christmas Celebrations

On Friday, December 20, volunteers from Fairmont Specialty in Eatontown served a special holiday meal to about 50 guests at the Bayshore Lunch Program.  The meal consisted of a complete turkey dinner with all the trimmings, plus pumpkin pie for dessert.

On Monday, December 23, the Holmdel Community United Church of Christ turned their usual Meatloaf Monday into a celebration, with music playing during the meal and with Bob Randall, a church member, playing his guitar and singing Christmas songs, with everyone joining in.

Special thanks to these two groups of volunteers for sharing their Christmas spirit with everyone at the Lunch Program.
