Dearborn WORKSHOP - Baking with Fall Apples

Dearborn’s Chef Zhanna, French Culinary Institute graduate and pastry chef, will guide you through some of the most delicious ways to bake with fresh fall apples, using several different apple varieties too. You’ll even get an introduction to the basics in making dough and crusts. Come with an empty stomach to sample all the delicious treats and leave with all the recipes to try at home.

Cost: $25 per person. Includes demonstration, recipes and samples.
