Cooking Demonstration with Chef Nicholas Harary

Dearborn Market welcomes Nicholas Harary, Executive Chef and Co-owner of Restaurant Nicholas. The 2011/2012 Zagat review recently announced Restaurant Nicholas as New Jersey’s Most Popular restaurant and #1 for both Food (received a 29) and Service. Chef Harary will demonstrate the preparation of two Restaurant Nicholas classic recipes, including preferred wine suggestions and tips on recreating the dishes at home.

Harary states, "Dearborn Market and Restaurant Nicholas share many things in common. We are both family run establishments that pride ourselves in using fresh, locally grown produce, meats and fish (whenever possible). I consider Dearborn Market a 'go-to' place for any home chef looking for quality products and ingredients. Following the demonstration, Harary will host a short Q&A session and sign copies of Restaurant Nicholas: The Cookbook, which will be available for purchase at Dearborn Market leading up to and throughout the event.
