Ideas for Holmdel

Thoughts and open suggestions for Holmdel and its residents

Good Day All,

Please allow me to introduce myself.  I am Robert Hutchinson, resident of Holmdel, husband, father, small business owner, college professor.

I have some ideas I would like to share, not because I am running for office, but because I think they are decent, good ideas and I would like to share them with my neighbors and ask for their consideration.  I would like to sketch out a few ideas such as: burying the utility lines, creating an index of Holmdel-based or Holmdel resident owned businesses, creating streams of revenue for Holmdel to decrease operating expenses without negatively impacting services, sponsorship, 501C3 for Holmdel schools, increasing the tax base, maintaining or improving property values, and maintaining the excellence of our schools in the face of budget constraints.

You should be curious as to my credentials and why I think I can opine on such matters.  As stated earlier, I am a small business owner.  My job is essentially to determine the optimal end use of real estate as well as to create streams of revenue and assist public and private entities with transactions.  I hold a Bachelor of Science from NJIT with minors in economics and history, a Master of Science in Environmental Policy concentrated in brownfield redevelopment, a Master of Infrastructure Planning, and an MBA with dual concentrations in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.

Bury the lines will be first in a series.

Be well,
