The Holmdel Planning Board is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.

- Item 1 – INVERNESS – Variance, Final Major Subdivision #641Proposal to subdivide property into 4 open space lots, and 18 single-family building lots, one of which to contain the existing farm house and be encumbered by a farm land easement. Preliminary approval granted in 2007. Property located on the south side of Rt. 520 between Rt. 34 and Holmdel Rd in the R-4R Rural Conservation District, requiring mandatory cluster zoning and minimum 60% open space setaside.
- Item 2 – BAYSHORE WOUND CENTER – Preliminary/Final Site Plan #12-3Meridian Hospital Corp (Applicant); Bayshore Health Care Management Corp (Owner);735 North Beer Street, Holmdel, NJ – Block 36 – Lot 35.04; M Zone. Proposed construction of a new oxygen tank pad and conversion of approximately 3,735 square feet of existing office space to a wound care center with the balance of the existing office space to remain on the property.
- Request for Extension of Approval: Item 3 – MERIDIAN QUALITY CARE, LLC – Amended Preliminary & Final Site Plan #10-3Request from Justin McCarthy, Esq., dated 1/14/13, requesting an extension of final approval for Phase A (Skilled Nursing Facility) and an extension of preliminary approval for Phase B (Assisted Living Facility), for one year to 6/15/14.
