Toll Brothers Construction will seek completeness waivers from the Holmdel Planning Board on Tuesday for its proposal to develop 40 single-family homes at Crawfords Corner Road and Roberts Road -- the site of the former Bell Labs property now under contract by Somerset Development.
On the property tax map, the area is defined as Block 11 – Lots 38, 38.02, 73.01, 73.02, 73.03, and 73.04.
In addition to the single-family homes, the agenda notes that the Toll Brothers project will include the development of a new entrance to the property from Roberts Road, internal streets, and other associated site improvements.
The meeting is open to the public, but is not the official public hearing on the plan.The Planning Board meeting is Tuesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room, 4 Crawfords Corner Road.
