Revisions to the Proposed Alcatel-Lucent Redevelopment Plan Posted
Comments have been incorporated into the proposed Plan. The public hearing is Dec. 20.
Six pages of revisions to the Township Committee's Alcatel-Lucent Redevelopment Plan have been posted to the Holmdel Township website. The document is dated Friday, Dec. 15.

A public hearing on the plan has been scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at Town Hall. The plan is a vision statement for what the township would like to see developed at the 473-acre site at 101 Crawfords Corner Road, formerly known as the Bell Labs site. The current owner is in talks with a developer who is proposing sports facility and field uses.
