2105 State Highway 35 – Block 58, Lot 21.01 – CI Zone; applicant seeks a national re-image of their restaurants and is applying for relief of a condition of approval as it relates to exterior painting, new signs, and new awnings.
Request for Extension of Time
Item 3 – Meridian Quality Care, LLD – Amended Preliminary/Final Site Plan
Block 50.30, Lot 63.02 – Request dated February 17th 2012 from Craig Gianetti, Esq., Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, seeking an extension of final approval for Phase A (skilled nursing facility) to June 15th 2012.
Item 4 – Capital Review
Ramanessin Brook Watershed Restoration Projects – Holmdel High School, Holmdel Park, Chase Tract sites. Project work is funded through a grant awarded to Monmouth County by the NJDEP under the 319(h) program.
Item 5 – Holmdel Towne Center (Kim-Fur Retail Holdings, LLC) – Wiz Building
Rt. 35 Northbound (corner of Laurel Avenue) Block 58 – Lot 21.01 – Unit 5A; Administrative approval in lieu of site plan review in order to install a new front door to access vacant space. The vacant space is next to the space now occupied by the Jos. A. Banks clothing store.
