Heat Wave Brings Early Opening for Hazlet Swim Club
Pools open at noon. On Saturday, $7 admits everyone for Family Fun Day.
Due to the prediction of torrid heat, the Hazlet Swim & Tennis Club staff will open its four pools early to members and their guests today, Thursday and Friday from noon to 6 p.m.
Regular daily hours will begin as scheduled on Saturday, which also happens to be the Family Fun Day kickoff to the season.
On Saturday, the club will welcome visitors for a day at the pool for a special one-day fee of $7.00 per person -- no membership or township residency required.

Visitors can grab an ice cream or a sandwich at the Belly Flop Cafe, take the sun in the club's lounge chairs, play tennis on the courts. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
