The 30-year-old allegedly broke into a car and stole over $500 worth of property from the owner.
A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Union Beach man on theft and burglary charges.
Investigators say Michael Rusignuolo, 30, entered a car parked in Hazlet on Jan. 22, 2013 and removed an iPad worth over $500.
Rusignuolo was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft of movable property, both in the third degree.
