Shoplifting Charges in Holmdel and Hazlet Yield Indictments
Tim Moran and Brian Moore allegedly shoplifted from both stores on three consecutive days.
Two were indicted last week for allegedly shoplifting from the Holmdel A&P and Hazlet Pathmark on several occasions last year.
Tim Moran, 26 of Bernardsville and Brian Moore, 26 of Belleville allegedly shoplifted from both stores on three consecutive days. The two allegedly stole from A&P twice, and Pathmark once.
According to county records, Moran and Moore were also indicted for stealing from a Tinton Falls A&P on May 13 of last year.
