Time for Holmdel parents to wake up! Some parents just drop their kids off for playdates not knowing anything about the parents. We can't assume because they are from "Holmdel" they must be ok.....hearing more and more about stuff like this going on in other "nice" towns too.

Magdy is a man, not a woman.
Jane Doe February 19, 2013 at 01:33 PM
Also, Magdy has not lived on Hillcrest CT in years. The December 2 - 11 police blotter posted in The Patch shows his last address as The Holmdel Motor Inn. I don't know of any parents that would drop their kids off for a playdate at a motel on Route 35.

He is the owner of the auto solutions car dealership in west keansburg and he is a crook! His wife lives on hillcrest I'n holmdel. So sad , you ripped off so many people so I do beleive that they call this KARMA!!
Jeff February 20, 2013 at 02:28 AM
I wouldn't be surprised if he was dealing drugs out of auto solutions. People are always stopping by there at all hours of the day and night. Who looks at cars at 1 AM? The police need to look into this...
Jeff February 20, 2013 at 02:34 AM
Arrested in Sept. 2009 for drugs, July 2011 for drunk or drugged driver, didn't do any time for either offense. How do we keep him off our neighborhood streets?
Jeff February 20, 2013 at 02:37 AM
Oh, look, more: Dec. 4 (2012): Magdy Samaan, 35, who said he lives at the Holmdel Motor Inn, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances (Oxycodone, Alprazolam), hypodermic syringes, and being under the influence after police were called to investigate a report of loud behavior in the parking lot there. He was released pending a court date.

Auto Solutions is not owner by Magdy Samaan and has never been and nor does anyone ever stop by there at 1:00 am. Your vicious commentary can affect the lives of others depending on it for legitimate income
Working Mom February 21, 2013 at 05:42 PM
I would agree however this man has not lived in holmdel for many years and has no association and relationship with any holmdel children
Jeff February 21, 2013 at 05:44 PM
Gee, working mom, I KNOW people stop by there at 1 AM, I see it happen frequently. How would YOU know, I witness it. And if he doesn't own it, and never has, why does THIS say he does? I certainly see him there often enough (when he's not in jail). http://www.mycarpro.org/Used-Car-Dealer/Magdy-Samaan-Auto-Solutions-Inc/
Jeff February 21, 2013 at 05:45 PM
Gee, Chamber of Commerce says he does too. Why are you covering for him? http://www.chamberofcommerce.com/keansburg-nj/26028833-auto-solutions-inc/
Working Mom February 21, 2013 at 06:05 PM
Magdy Samaan has not been a Holmdel for over 4 years and I'm not sure why this address is still affiliated with him! His children are innocent bystanders and have no relationship with him at all so rest assured anyone who knows the family in Holmdel would know that and would not make such commentary about dropping their children off for playdates. Mr. Samaan is an unfortunate case of today's disgusting society and his children are raised in a wonderful christian home with wonderful parents and just happen to be cursed with the same last name. Please know the facts before posting any reply. Auto Solutions is also a legitimate family owned business for over 12 years and provides assitance to both the community and its employees. So again, I ask that you speak with caution
Working Mom February 21, 2013 at 06:38 PM
Jeff, you clearly have nothing better to do and there are cameras on the premises. Please let me know what dates you have seen him or anyone else there after hours and I will be more than happy to check it out. If you have a personal issue with Mr. Samaan this is not the venue to air it out. Check with the state of NJ. Mr. Samaan has never owned Auto Solutions

The address listed above was supplied on an arrest record, created by Hazlet Township Police and supplied to Patch through public record by Monmouth County.
Jeff February 27, 2013 at 01:14 PM
Apparently he's out on bail, he was back at Auto Solutions on Sunday
Sandy G March 08, 2013 at 01:44 PM
Jeff, it seems that you are up at 1 am watching the auto solutions parking lot and all the comings and goings at that hour. Why? You're a little too angry not to be biased and are in fact not accurate in your assumptions with the exception of Mr. Samaan's arrest record.
Sandy smith May 09, 2013 at 10:07 PM
Working mom's name is nancy!!! No surprise Mr.samaan that this is how you've becOme!
I Know July 11, 2013 at 02:29 PM
I know Magdy Samaan personally. He is definitely the owner of Auto Solutions, Inc. in West Keansburg on the corner of 35/laurel. I personally saw him there many times over the past week. He is also 100% certainly addicted to painkillers. He is constantly in and out of jail (when not for drugs it is for violation of restraining order). Every time he gets in trouble he bails out of jail within a few days. He has business associates and an ex wife that have access to his money to bail him out. Magdy has personally told me that he has paid over $50,000 in bail to stay on the street. He also currently has over 3 outstanding DWI's in addition to the ones he has alaready been convicted of. *Note: When you're in jail and get a bail you can often get released from jail by posting as little as 1-3% of the bail amount with a bail bondsman. When you're a 'frequent flyer' like this guy your regular bondsman will come bail you out because they know if you're stuck in jail they won't get the other money you owe them.

It is so interesting that something like this can happen. You never think it can till you see something like it. Phillius | http://www.weareyewear.com/Frames.html
