Holmdel Motor Inn Argument Leads to Drug Charge

Sean Figaro was also arrested in Middletown two months ago.

An argument in the parking lot of the Holmdel Motor Inn led to a drug charge, according to police.

Sean Figaro, 19, of Middletown was arrested last week after police were called to the motor lodge to settle an argument in the parking lot. 

Further investigation led Holmdel police to charge Figaro with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. According to Holmdel Police, over $4,000 in cash was seized. 

Figaro was previously arrested in May in Middletown for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Figaro was released without bail after being processed. Sgt. Robert Philhower and Ptlm. Ted Sigismondi made the arrest.
