Woman Arrested Near Union Beach Playground, Faces Heroin Charges

Police arrested the woman for intent to distribute, as well as possession of the illegal drug.

A 28-year old Union Beach woman has been accused of intention to distribute heroin in the vicinity of a public playground in Union Beach. 

Jennifer R. Napolitano, 28, of Center St. in Union Beach was arrested by police Friday near Scholer Park on a charge of intent to distribute heroin. She was also charged with possession of heroin, suboxone and cocaine. 

Napolitano is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility on $90,000 bail, no ten percent option, as set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Just pure scum. she deserves to be in jail no matter how crooked the union beach police officers are that arrested her. #corruptcops
